The New Mexico hurler went the distance, finishing with 2 strikeouts and 1 walk in the 8-0 win. "He had a lot of first-pitch strikes and kept us off balance with a lot of off-speed stuff," according to UC Riverside manager Mario Campillo. "We just didn't get too many balls squared up today."
