Sánchez Clips Wildcats for Cycle Thursday, May 17th , 2029 António Sánchez punished the Villanova Wildcats today, leading the Ragin' Cajuns to a 29-10 win. In doing so, Sánchez hit for the cycle, tagging the Wildcats for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. A player hitting a single, a double, a triple and a home run in the same game is one of the more unusual feats in professional baseball and typically happens only a couple times per season. "Well, I didn't expect that to happen," the Louisiana-Lafayette right fielder said after the game. "I got some great pitches and I hit their mistakes." Sánchez also had 5 runs batted in and 5 runs scored in the game at M. L. Tigue Moore Field.
