Sance Belts 5 Hits Friday, June 11th , 2032 It was a parade of hits for Richard Sance of the Saint John Fog at Pete Rose Field today. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Sance finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 7 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Fog to a 23-4 victory. "Sance was really good and we were really bad," groaned Cardinals manager Scott Williamson. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Richard Sance flied out in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, flied out in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, doubled in the 8th, hit a three-run double in the 8th and hit a two-run single in the 9th.
