Souza Twirls 4-0 Shutout Friday, July 2nd , 2032 Rafael Souza of the Cheyenne Regulators blanked the Seattle Pilots 4-0 in a complete-game win, limiting them to 3 hits while chalking up 4 strikeouts and giving up 1 walk. "He's got the makeup. He's not afraid to challenge guys," Cheyenne manager Mike Koplove said to BNN reporters after the game. "Rafael is poised out there. He knows how to pitch and how to use his stuff." This year Souza has chalked up a 3.84 ERA with no saves.
