Torrid May Gets Martínez BL #1 Batter Trophy Tuesday, June 1st , 2032 When Gonzalo Martínez stepped up to the plate in May he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the Bones League Batter of the Month award. The young North Side left fielder posted a .388 batting average with 6 home runs, 26 RBIs and scored 18 runs. Martínez also worked pitchers for 12 walks to post a .442 on-base percentage.
