Minneapolis Beats Durham in Round 4
Tuesday, October 16th , 2029
It was a hard-fought battle for both teams to make it this far. But as the saying goes, "to the victors go the spoils." For the victorious Minneapolis Revolution, that meant the VBL Triple A Round 4 trophy.
The Revolution took a 8-1 victory over the Durham Bulls at The Lockar Room, winning their 7th championship after taking the series 4-3.
"We've got grit," said Revolution third baseman Randolph Ford, who was named MVP of the series. "We know how to win when we have to."
The new titleholders completed the regular season with a first-place finish in the Bones League Bere Division and a 91-49 record.
