Trouble in Mystic, Gallegos Suffers Setback Monday, September 29th , 2031 Pedro Gallegos's return to the Mystic Belugas has been delayed. The 27-year-old starting pitcher has been in treatment for a torn back muscle and was responding well until he suffered sharp pains during a light workout. Upon examination by team doctors they reported that there had been further damage and Gallegos will not be back as originally diagnosed. He will now be out at least 3 months. This season Gallegos has compiled a 5-5 mark, 3.87 ERA and made 19 starts. |
