Oishi Boosts Hit Streak to 25 Games Monday, September 1st , 2031 The hot bat of Honey Bugs right fielder Kyuso Oishi continues to churn out hit after hit, game after game. His consecutive-game hitting streak now numbers 25 games after he went 2-for-4 in today's 4-2 loss to the Red Dragons at Googleplex. "I'm trying not to think about it much," he said later. "I don't want to mess with whatever zone I'm in." Kyuso Oishi grounded out in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, hit a two-run double in the 5th and struck out in the 8th. This year Oishi is batting .270 with 13 home runs. |
