ML's Top Hitter Selected Monday, September 1st , 2031 Mike Rivera may be much younger than other hitters in the Martinez League, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in August to win the Batter of the Month award. The 19-year-old Woodstock left fielder hit .311 with 11 home runs, 27 RBIs and 24 runs scored. Rivera is hitting .299 this year with 45 home runs and 107 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .389, 63 walks and scored 92 times. |
