Hit Parade: Ludwick Gets Cycle

Colorado Rockies left fielder Ryan Ludwick had one of the best days of his career, when he hit for the cycle and paved the way for the 8-7 Rockies win over the Chicago Cubs at Coors Field.
"Everything was just clicking today," he said.
Ludwick shelled the Cubs for 4 hits in 5 at-bats, collected 1 run batted in and scored 3 runs.
Ryan Ludwick hit a solo-shot off Jose Contreras in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, tripled in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
A look at his current stats shows Ludwick with a .238 average, 8 home runs, 18 RBIs and 24 runs scored. He has played in 33 games.
