Injury Setback for Copperheads Frost Saturday, October 19th, 2019 The Cumberland Copperheads plan to take it slow with third baseman Zak Frost, knowing that his recovery from a strained hamstring would likely include a few bumps in the road. A team spokesman told BNN, "Zak has up days and down days. It's still a process. He was feeling really good and then he had a step back. The doctors say it will be about one week before he can be activated." This season Frost has hit at a .290 clip with 68 RBIs, 12 home runs and 78 runs scored. He has played in 108 games. |
