Meatballs Come up Short of Playoffs Thursday, September 22nd, 2022 The Sausalito Meatballs kept their playoff hopes alive into the final days of the season, but that will be as far as they go. Today, the club was mathematically eliminated from the postseason. Sausalito last appeared in the postseason in 2020. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 31 times in their 41-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Meatballs have missed the playoffs 6 times. |
